Normalcy bias

The normalcy bias, or normality bias, refers to a mental

state people enter when facing a disaster. It causes people to

underestimate both the possibility of a disaster occurring and

its possible effects. This often results in situations where

people fail to adequately prepare for a disaster, and on a

larger scale, the failure of the government to include the

populace in its disaster preparations. The assumption that is

made in the case of the normalcy bias is that since a disaster

never has occurred then it never will occur. It also results in

the inability of people to cope with a disaster once it occurs.

People with a normalcy bias have difficulties reacting to

something they have not experienced before. People also tend

to interpret warnings in the most optimistic way possible,

seizing on any ambiguities to infer a less serious situation.

Monarch Project Torturing US Citizens Feds Radiating Americans

The United States Government and Military is torturing it's own citizens with a secret government program know as Monarch. They are taking everyday ordinary aircraft and equipping them with directed energy weapons like the Active Denial System and torturing innocent US Citizens in modern day America. The aircraft are also used as a harassment campaign by following the individual everywhere they go. Repeated flying over the home 10-20 times a day with engine of aircraft turned up to psychologically distress the target. There is documentation readily available on the Internet discussing the effects on individuals and the community from abusive plane sounds. That same documentation also discusses flight activities that increase the abuse level of the sound effects experienced by those on the ground below.

FAA, pilot organizations, the Jeppesen pilot textbook, all have written about minimizing the impact of abusive aircraft sounds on the community.
